Issuance of Refunds

3. The refund includes the item price and the shipping fee for the returned product.
Types of Refunds
Payrchat will process your refund following the refund types listed below.
1. Refund from returns: A refund is issued once your item. It has been returned to the warehouse, and QC has been completed (successfully). Please read our Return Policy to find out how to return an item.
2. Refunds for cancelled: A refund is automatically triggered once a cancellation is processed.
