Return Policy

How to Return a Product

  • Sign in to your Payrchat account and click "My Account" at the bottom.

  • Select the "My Order" section. And click the View All buttons.

  • Select the item to be returned and press the "initiate return" button.

  • Please choose your preferred refund method.

  •  Fill out the Return Form, including the return options (pickup/drop-off).

 

Returns Policy

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please request a return through the website or Payrchat App. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery for Payrchat mall items and within 3 days for non-Payrchat items.

For electronic appliances and mobile phones: Please check if the product is covered under the seller's warranty or brand warranty after usage or after the return policy period. View our Warranty Policy for more information on warranty claims.

For selected categories: we accept a change of heart in specific types. For more information, please see the Return Policy by Category section below.

 

Returns Terms and Conditions

1.   The item will be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free of flaws. Regarding fashion, items can be tried on to see if they fit. This will continue to be considered unworn.

2.   The original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoices, and accessories must be included with the product.

3.   The product must be returned from the manufacturer's original, undamaged packaging/box. If the product was delivered in Payrchat packaging/box, it should be returned in the same packaging/box. Do not add tape or stickers to the manufacturer's packaging or box.

NOTE: To avoid any inconvenience or delay in the return process for the product. Please include the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return product.

Please Collect The Payrchat Return acceptance Paper. Please keep it for future reference while handing over your package to the Drop-Off station/ Pickup Agent.

If your returned product does not meet the above criteria, we reserve the right to deny any refund request for the returned item.

NOTE: If your product return request is denied, the product will be returned to you within 3 days. The product will be scrapped after three (3) failed delivery attempts. And no refund will be given.

 

 Valid Reasons to Return an Item

·         The delivered product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) or defective (unable to turn on).

·         The delivered product is insufficient (missing items and accessories).

·         The delivered product is inappropriate (e.g., the wrong product/wrong size/color, counterfeit or expired item).

·         The delivered product does not match the product description or the same image (i.e., the product is not as advertised).

·         The delivered product does not fit. (i.e., the size is insufficient)
